The projects are carried out where suitable for the client and purpose – inside or outside Sweden.

In Stockholm, SpotOn Insight has through Norstat access to centrally located interview rooms equipped with one-way mirrors, observation rooms and streaming that allow live interviews to be followed anywhere in Sweden or in the world where the client is located.

In other countries, local partners are conducting the interviews with SpotOn Insight responsible for the overall administration and coordination.
